The two founders Dario and Luca were taught about high-quality & fairly produced food by their parents from an early age.
Fairness, quality and sustainability therefore play a major role within the company. Only products that meet these values are being purchased and offered to customers.

biodynamic
We offer many biodynamic wines in our venues. What does that mean? In contrast to organic or ecological viniculture, biodynamic viniculture has even stricter guidelines and is controlled by independent private organizations. The aim of biodynamic cultivation is to maintain the natural balance. That is why we enjoy working with our partners Diana and Mario from I Cacciagalli. Both of them are passionate about environmental protection and respect the health of people and our planet. They have been cultivating biodynamic vines for many years and do not use any artificial additives, clarification or filtration in their production.

slow food
The concept originated in Italy as a counter-movement to fast food. The focus is on regional products that are produced in a natural and original way. Regional producers are supported – no factory farming and genetic engineering. Food must be good, clean and fair! In other words, it should taste outstanding, be produced ecologically and sustainably, and fetch a fair price. In 1989 the »Slow Food Movement« was born – today it exists in 130 countries with 100,000 members.

small producers
The products offered in our locations are sourced from small producers in Italy. The owners have built up the network themselves and the import is done directly. This not only has a positive effect on the quality of the goods, but is also more sustainable, as no middleman is needed.

community
Fair treatment of business partners and employees is a priority. Products from Italian producers who work against the local mafia are regularly purchased in order to support their commitment in Italy.
